SHELTERPRO RENT RENEWAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Kindly read and understand the following Terms and Conditions which apply to and regulate your subscription for ShelterPro’s rent renewal solution product.
Submission of forms on this website means that you have digitally signed such forms and consequently, they become legally binding in accordance with the relevant sections of the Evidence Act of Nigeria. Where necessary, you may be required to provide personal and vital information whenever you subscribe to any of our products and services. Such information may include your date of birth, place of work and designation, details of your current and past tenancies, review of your credit rating/report, and Bank Verification Number (BVN). These information, where necessary, will be obtained for verification purposes only.
Registration
One percent (1%) of your annual rent is payable to ShelterPro as Registration/Admin fee for every year of your rent renewal subscription.
Property Rental Value
Minimum rent = N100,000.00
Maximum rent = Infinite
Mode of Subscription
Daily subscription @ total rent divided by 313 days
Weekly subscription @ total rent divided by 52 weeks
Monthly subscription @ total rent divided by 12 months.
Note:
All subscriptions are payable digitally via our website, by direct bank deposits or by transfers, and ONLY into ShelterPro designated Bank account(s). Any cash transaction with ShelterPro partners/marketing executives is entirely at subscriber’s own risk.
Your Rent Renewal
Upon successful completion of your subscription, ShelterPro will renew your rent by paying your rent sum directly into your landlord’s bank account which you have provided.
Discontinuance and/or Alteration of Subscription Plan
Note:
The main goal of this subscription product is the development/improvement of a savings culture by our subscribers. Therefore, discontinuance of subscription before maturity date will attract stiff penalties, as stated below.
Discontinuance/Termination of Subscription
If you discontinue/terminate your subscription within the first 6 months of commencement, ShelterPro will deduct 10% from your total subscription as default charges. You will also forfeit other benefits that are linked to your subscription.
If you discontinue/terminate your subscription after 6 months of commencement but before maturity, ShelterPro will deduct 5% from your total subscription as default charges. You will also forfeit other benefits that are linked to your subscription.
You are to notify ShelterPro with a minimum of one (1) month written notice in advance, of intention to discontinue/terminate subscription.
Adjustment/Alteration of Subscription (E.g. due to rent increment, relocation to a different apartment, etc.)
(i) ShelterPro shall readjustment your monthly, weekly or daily subscription to reflect new rent.
(ii) In the event of increased rent, you will pay all arrears of the difference in your subscription to match up with your adjusted rent.
(iii) In the event of reduced rent, ShelterPro shall adjust your subscription by posting the excess of your previous payments ahead of your future subscriptions to match up with your adjusted rent.
(iv) You are to notify ShelterPro with a minimum of one (1) month written notice in advance, of intention to adjust/alter your subscription.
Cancellation of Subscriber’s Account By ShelterPro
ShelterPro reserves the right to cancel or terminate a subscriber’s account for breach or non-conformity by the subscriber of any of the terms of subscription.
Note: Registration processing Time
All applications for the subscription shall be processed within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment of 1% registration/ administrative fee.
